As technology gets better, almost anybody can make their own quality wedding videos from family or friends. There are also other talented wedding video production teams in Edmonton.
The difference between our services and those mentioned above is that what we offer is a time capsule of history… your history, the history of your family for generations for them to see. I also provide an opportunity for local film students and industry professionals to learn and make extra money.
It is not about the fancy effects and cinematic experiences to show off to others. While we can offer that, it is about those you care about at one moment and place in time, in the most important time of your life.
Shouldnt your family and friends be in the video, enjoying your wedding? Enjoying everything you have prepared for them to celebrate your day. Rather than behind the camera trying to make a video.
Here’s an annecdote… when my sister had her wedding, it took great lengths to bring our estranged parents to the event. Budgets were tight, not enough for her to have a video. Although my time was spent taking care of my father at the event, i offered to video the event, but found myself unable to do both, so as a good son, i chose to take care of my father while there.
A few months later, my father tragically passed away. While I remember the moments I was with him there, it was hard to see the whole picture of what went on. Yes we have photographs, but what we don’t have is a time machine. It would have been nice to have that moment of time captured forever to show our future generations. What video does is capture people as they truly are, at that time… a perfect time capsule of the happiest time of our lives.

Our prices reflect the level of prosumer recording we can provide. And we do not discriminate if your religious traditions and ceremonies are longer than other traditions. Our prices also reflect your budget, as I dont believe in exploiting for profit from your moment.
For me, it is not about fancy filming, its about capturing forever….
